Conscious Care Health was created during one of the hardest periods of my life. I spent over a year navigating personal and emotional challenges, and found myself searching for resources, information, exercises and practical things I could do to feel better and get through it.
There’s so much information out there, so naturally, I tried everything. I read countless books, watched videos, went to therapy, tried acupuncture, yoga, Pilates, and explored many different approaches to support myself. I kept searching and trying new things to see what might work for me.
As a physical therapist, I have seen firsthand how deeply connected the body and mind are. I’ve watched how stress, emotional strain, and life challenges show up physically in the body, and how movement and self-care can support someone’s overall health.
I felt fortunate to have access to resources, but they were scattered everywhere. I still felt overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start, all while working as a physical therapist and while being mentally and emotionally drained.
That’s when the idea of Conscious Care Health came to me.
I envisioned one organized space where people could access supportive resources without having to search the entire internet. A place for people like me who prefer to work through things privately, independently, and at my own pace. So I created something I wish I had during the hardest, most isolating time in my life.
My goal is to highlight thoughtful providers, practical tools, and evidence-informed resources that have either helped me personally or have been shown to support physical and emotional well-being. This platform reflects a whole-person perspective, while also being a steady place you can return to whenever you need support.
