When You're Carrying Guilt
Guilt can show up when you feel like you disappointed someone, made a mistake, or didn’t meet your own expectations. It can linger longer than necessary and feel heavy over time where you replay conversations, question your choices, or feel like you should have done something differently. Carrying guilt doesn’t mean you’re a bad person, it often means you care. You are allowed to learn from the past without staying stuck in it.
