When You're Feeling Shame
Shame can come from experiences, relationships, or comments that made you question your worth. It can show up after mistakes, conflicts, or moments when you feel exposed or misunderstood. Shame can make you feel small, like you need to hide, or stay quiet. Sometimes it shows up through self-criticism, comparison, or the belief that you’re not enough. Feeling shame doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It usually means you’ve been carrying expectations, experiences, or messages that were never meant to define your worth.
