I’m a performance physical therapist based on O‘ahu and a graduate of the University of Southern California. As the co-owner of Hawaii Move Lab, I specialize in helping surfers build strength, mobility, and resilience, while working with athletes of all levels. I believe we’re all athletes in our own way, so my mission is to optimize performance and keep people moving pain-free, both in and out of the water.
