For many people, asking for help doesn’t come naturally. You might be used to handling things on your own, not wanting to burden others, or feeling like you should be able to manage everything yourself. Asking for help can feel uncomfortable, vulnerable, or even unnecessary. Needing support doesn’t mean you’re weak, it means you’re human.
